Bistro 107, a true American dream….when Chef/owner Apolonio (Polo) Mojarro came to the United States from Zacatecas, Mexico at ago 16, he was realizing his American dream. From working the fields of the California wine country…..23 years later and after 14 years as Executive Chef at the World Famous Ta-boo Restaurant on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, Florida, Polo and wife/co-owner Debra along with children Alexa and Sebastian, opened Bistro 107 in February 2006. We are Casual dining at its Best - with a Full Bar, Monthly Wine Dinners, Baby Grand Piano Thursday – Saturday evenings and Cocktail Hour nightly from 5:00 to 6:30. Chef Polo prepares his dishes using only the finest, freshest ingredients as Polo’s plates are the canvas and the food his palette of colors. His creations, flavors, textures and presentation are a celebration to your senses.
