Walking Downtown Greer

I just wanted to give you an update. We have been walking Monday and Thursday Mornings at 7:30. When we walk we try to maintain and "active" walking from and concentrate our thoughts on being positive. We workout the whole body by including some circuit training and we always finish with a great 5-10 minute stretch. All levels are welcome, I run around checking on the groups that from naturally, making sure that they are pushing themselves.
I am available to do 9 am as well, for a very novice group. Less time and not quite as demanding ciruit training. I am just awaiting interest - which will probably come once it gets warmer. Please advertise for us. We really believe that our efforts will be contagious and we can revialize downtown Greer.
